Question!

This week, I've grown curious about something...mainly, about which of my characters are the most screwed up, psychologically, and which ones are the cutest. I'll probably go and draw the top five.

The choices are Ivy, Beast, Nick, Serena, Travis, Beastfire, Fullmetal, Lorena, Wes, and Denise.

To give a bit of background on them, here's a little history on each of them.

Ivy- Has no idea who her real father is; raised by a mafia boss and was shot for the first time at 3. Has had 3 different boyfriends prior to meeting her husband (first died in front of her, 2nd was using her and she shot him, 3rd turned out to share her DNA. Found out her true species one day, as well as her real father...though she's skeptical about it. Her father is a bigot. She is physically incapable of apology or crying and does not require sleep. Her species' powers are fueled by alcohol and if she goes too long without it she could die. Her fears include clowns, mimes, and mutant hunters. Her childhood has left her jaded, to say the least.

Beast- Has lived a normal life for 18 years until her best friend became a bounty hunter. Died twice, once when she was stabbed in the heart and the other (technically) when she became a vampire. Magic gone awry has left her with her cat ears/tail. She's been raped numerous times and has lost all four of her organic arms and legs. She's afraid of the color pink and enclosed areas. Whenever her husband Flur is off at work for more than three days at a time, she'll have nightmares about him leaving her. Most of the times she's been tortured haven't left too much of a lasting effect on her. Though she's a bit paranoid about being sent to other worlds. Her experiences with these sorts of things have led her into the world of fetish modeling. If Flur were ever to die, she would become suicidal.

Nick- Had grown up in a future without his mother Beast and so came to this time to be with her. A true mama's boy, Nick tends to be around Beast a lot. He's a bit of a perv and has lost track of how many children he's fathered with various women. If anyone looks at Beast in the wrong way, he'll be sure that they die slowly and horribly. If he sees a minor that he's friends with involved in what he sees as soft-core porn, he'll take it out on whoever's in charge of it. If he sees someone under 18 going out with someone in their early to mid 20s, he'll freak out on them both. All of his limbs were lost at the same time: when he ran across an Amazonian tribe that'd originally wanted to kill him. His fears include water, man-rape (has experienced that a few times), and psychotic men or women that can't accept no as an answer. He has experienced full sensory deprivation and has been paralyzed from the waist down before.

Serena- Hasn't gone through a lot of torment. Is a clone of Beast's, only MUCH more intelligent. However, she tends to delight in experimenting on her friends rather than getting lab rats...specifically Travis. If she starts testing on someone, she'll continue until they wish to die...and then she'll make it worse. She's at least nice enough to ask before the first test, though.

Travis- Has made it through 23 years without much incident. He'd originally gone to college to major in psychology. Once beginning to work with Beast, however, more chaos began to enter his life. He'd been taken to a lab and turned part monkey. The scientist that'd done it, later, revealed himself to have a crush on him, much to his discomfort. Serena was responsible for giving him a substance that could help him regenerate quickly. An experience involving the KGB has left him with an intense fear of Russia and spies, to the point where if he even hears about either of them, he will forget how to speak and will go into a mental breakdown. He also fears Beast's husband and Serena, as well as people with eyepatches after a horrible experience with the hunter Lorena.

Beastfire- Grew up in a village populated by animal demons. Is 200 years old and married to an angel. Her relations with the angel have resulted in her being exiled from the village. She's been tortured a couple of times, and has lost her poison-bearing claws once before. Sometimes she'll flash back to the incident in which they were torn out and wake up in a cold sweat.

Fullmetal- Has been orphaned/had 4 artificial limbs since age 5. Has generated an unhealthy fascination with FMA (going by the nickname Fullmetal rather than her true name Erica). Since there were police involved in the accident that claimed her parents, brothers, and limbs, she's grown to hate the law with a passion. She does what she believes is right rather than following a legal code.

Lorena- Went from a mutant hunter, to a partial-corpse (wasn't much left of her, if anything at all), to a hunter of anything that's not entirely human. She enjoys the sounds of her victims' screams and cries of torment and sometimes collects their tears as a seasoning.

Wes- A fairly understanding guy, but not pleasant to deal with when he has a bad day. When that happens, he'll go home, drink, and watch porn. The next day, he'll demand that Beast take part in a girl-on-girl shoot, sometimes/often with a dominatrix...even though it tends to cause Beast immense pain. Other than his Drunken Porno Nights and sometimes questionable morals, though, he's a pretty nice guy.

Denise- Was largely ignored during her childhood. It's led her to become an embittered individual. She especially seems to dislike Nick and Travis, once having drugged the two and dumped them off in someone's yard just to screw with them.

As for cutest...same choices. Any votes that come in...if they could be in by August or something, that'd be awesome. *basically doing this for the hell of it and out of curiosity*
